Return Policy


Due to the nature of how these products are processed we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.  

Carefully review your selections and information provided (design choice, name, date, etc.) before making your purchase.  


If you discover an error on your item, notify us immediately at and provide your order number, order date and photos of the error and we will review.

If it is found that the error was done on our part during our process (misspelled name, incorrect date, wrong design, etc) we will send you a replacement.

If it is found that the error was not done on our part during the process of creation we will not send a replacement as we have fulfilled your order as purchased.


We carefully package your items to make the journey to you.  We also understand things may happen along the way.  

For damaged items, please notify us at immediately and include your order number, order date and photos of the packaging and items.  We will review your claim and work with you on a solution.


In the case of receiving an incorrect item, email within 7 days of delivery.  Include your order number, order date and photo of the incorrect item.  We will ask you to return the incorrect item and we will send out the correct item immediately.


We are unable to refund or replace any missing or stolen packages at this time.  We highly recommend you to contact your local shipping carrier to resolve any issues with missing or stolen packages.  

Please understand that once your package has been given to the carrier we have no control on the handling, delays or delivery of the package.  All of our packages include tracking and we highly encourage you to sign up for free informed delivery thorough the USPS website to follow your order's journey.

For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us unless the reason for return is our error.
