Shipping policy
**At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are looking into expanding shipping in the future.**
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping will vary dependently on processing times. For processing details, please check the individual item.
Shipping estimates is in addition to any processing times.
We ship items via USPS from Hawaii and several print fulfillment warehouses as needed. Each warehouse has it's own inventory of certain products that we offer. Because of this, you may receive items separately. While most products are completed in house, some of our larger products such as banners are processed through our partnered print warehouses. There is no extra charge if the items are sent to you separately. Only shipping times may be affected depending on your delivery location.
We ship Monday - Friday except on major holidays when shipping services are closed.
Most items are shipped via first class or priority. All packages include tracking. Tracking information will automatically be emailed to you once your order has been prepared for shipping.
You may experience delayed shipping times during peak holiday season.
Make sure when entering your shipping information at checkout that you double check that it is correct and completed. If your shipping address is not verified when we prepare your shipping slip we may need to contact you to confirm and this will cause delays on getting your order shipped.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Understand that tracking is not always scanned. This is a very common issue with USPS. Packages maybe scanned as delivered but is still in transit or packages may not be scanned at all and be delivered to you. We cannot control this issue. Utilize your tracking information and sign up for free informed delivery through the USPS website.
Please understand that once your package has been dropped off to the carrier we have no control on the handling, delay or delivery of the package. If there are any issues with the handling, delay or delivery of your package, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier as they will have detailed information on tracking your package.
